Guided Meditations 

Meditation is a practice that gently retrains the nervous system to settle, focus, and return to presence. Over time, it strengthens attention, supports emotional regulation, and allows the body and mind to move out of chronic stress states and into deeper restoration.

This collection of guided meditations has been created for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Each track is recorded in Dr. Haile’s voice and layered with carefully selected music and binaural brainwave tones designed to support the brain in entering states of relaxed concentration. These frequencies can help guide the mind toward the brainwave patterns commonly associated with meditation, making it easier to access calm, clarity, and deeper awareness.

The 28 Day Meditation Series

Designed for anyone who wants to build a consistent meditation practice. Whether you are completely new to meditation or returning after time away, this structured program provides a gentle pathway into the practice.

Follow these tracks in order, track one on day one, track two on day two etc...

Each day introduces a slightly different focus, helping the mind gradually develop stability, awareness, and ease with stillness. By practicing daily for four weeks, many people notice improvements in stress resilience, focus, sleep quality, and overall mental clarity.

The sessions are intentionally approachable and supportive, guiding you step by step so that meditation becomes something you can return to easily in daily life.

Advanced Meditation / Hypnotherapy Journeys

For those who already have a meditation practice, the Advanced Tracks collection offers deeper experiences through guided hypnotherapy journeys.

These longer sessions combine meditation, visualization, and therapeutic hypnotherapy techniques designed to help the mind access deeper subconscious states. In these spaces, the nervous system can unwind more fully, allowing insight, emotional integration, and creative problem solving to emerge naturally.

Many people use these journeys for nervous system regulation, personal reflection, or deeper inner exploration.
