By accessing this website and booking any coaching services, programs, or downloading resources from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
Medical and therapeutic disclaimer
The coaching services, programs, and free resources provided on this website are for educational and informational purposes only. I am a certified somatic practitioner and mindset coach, not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or therapist. My services do not replace the care of medical or mental health professionals. Coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.
Services and payment
All private mentorship packages, group programs, and corporate workshops are billed as outlined during your discovery call or on the checkout page. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. For high-ticket mentorship, payment plans may be available and must be strictly adhered to. Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension of coaching services.
Refund and cancellation policy
Because of the extensive time, energy, and customized focus dedicated to each client, all private mentorship and group program sales are final. We do not offer refunds once coaching has commenced. If you need to reschedule a 1-on-1 session, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited.
Intellectual property
All original content, including but not limited to audio guides, somatic frameworks, course materials, written text, and website design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Haile Michaelson. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any of these materials without our express written consent. Resources provided to you during mentorship are for your personal use only.
Client confidentiality
We hold your privacy in the highest regard. Everything discussed during our 1-on-1 sessions and within our private group containers remains strictly confidential, barring any legal requirements to disclose information if there is a threat of harm to yourself or others.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haile Michaelson shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, our coaching services, or any actions you take based on the information provided. You assume full responsibility for your own well-being and decisions.
