Deep Mind-Body & Hypnotherapy
Where Lasting Change Begins
Clinical protocols and intellectual understanding are only half the journey. True resolution happens when we address the deep-seated emotional patterns, stress responses, and beliefs held within your nervous system.

Remote and In-Person Sessions

Where biology, the nervous system, and the deeper mind meet.
Health is shaped by more than laboratory values alone. Stress physiology, emotional experiences, subconscious beliefs, identity, relationships, and the stories we carry can all influence how the body functions and how safely we are able to move toward change.
Mind-body medicine integrates evidence-based naturopathic care with depth-oriented psychological work, allowing us to support both the physical body and the patterns beneath the surface.
This work is especially meaningful when you've tried the protocols, changed your lifestyle, and still feel there is something deeper asking for attention. By working with both the biology of the body and the architecture of the mind, we can explore the missing pieces that often keep people feeling stuck.
Sessions may include:
Clinical hypnotherapy
Guided subconscious exploration
Nervous system regulation
Somatic awareness
Core belief and pattern work
Emotional and symbolic inquiry
Personalized naturopathic support

What are sessions like?
These sessions are intentionally spacious.
The Space
Most people join me from home by secure video or phone, choosing a quiet, comfortable place where they can settle in without interruption. Many choose to lie down, wrap themselves in a blanket, dim the lights, or create a space where they feel safe enough to fully relax.
The Presence
There is nothing you need to perform. Nothing you need to force. Nothing you need to "get right." Together, we begin by exploring what is present in your life today.
The Exploration
From there, I gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state through meditation, focused attention, and subconscious exploration. As the conscious mind becomes quieter, we begin listening for the parts of you that have been carrying old burdens, protective patterns, unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, or ways of coping that once served an important purpose but may no longer be helping you move forward.
The Outcome
Rather than trying to fight these parts, we approach them with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Often, what has been protecting us is also waiting to be understood. Over time, many people begin experiencing greater freedom, emotional flexibility, self-compassion, and a deeper sense of alignment between the life they want to live and the patterns that have quietly shaped it.
