​The Resonant Self is a six-week group program designed to support you in returning to your authentic self and living in greater alignment with your true priorities.
​
​
Every day for 6 weeks, you will receive daily guided meditations and guided visualization tracks, recorded with binaural beats, music and guided meditations. These tracks are designed to gently guide you into mindfulness, relaxation, and authentic self-inquiry — creating the conditions for lasting change and deeper alignment.
​
Six beautiful modules will guide you inward as you read. Taking in concepts to support expanding your understanding of mind body medicine, consciousness and core beliefs, transpersonal psychology, self acceptance, purpose, values and alignment.
We will meet weekly online for 45 minutes as a group for community and reflection, and connect via a WhatsApp group for support between sessions.

​Module 1 - The return home
Focus: Creating space to reconnect inward.

Introduction to “cocoon space” — a dedicated, quiet setting for your practice.

Exploration of current life, health and mindset balance: Where do you feel aligned? Where do you feel pulled away from yourself?
Meditations and Explorations

Modules: Guided reflections, finding alignment, allow priorities to emerge

Begin using the daily guided meditations and visualizations for mindfulness and grounding.
Module 2 - Emotional Compass Mastery
Focus: Emotions as signals pointing to needs and alignment.

Learn the difference between thoughts (mind voice) and feelings (body voice).

Emotions as a GPS system: anger (boundaries), sadness (connection), fear (safety), guilt (values), joy (alignment).

Why regulating emotions supports balance in body and mind.
Meditations and Explorations

Journal: What emotions have I been feeling most often lately? What might these be showing me about my needs?

Try the “window of tolerance” tool: noticing when you feel over-activated (hyper) or under-activated (hypo), and practicing one calming strategy.
Module 3 - Consciousness & Mindset Mastery
Focus: How our thoughts shape experience.

Understanding “storylines” and how meaning-making can reinforce unhelpful patterns.

Introduction to neuroplasticity — the brain strengthens the pathways it uses most.

Tool: “Which Thought Feels Better?” — gently redirecting thoughts toward supportive alternatives.
Meditations and Explorations

Catch one recurring negative thought this week. Write down:

Then reframe it into a thought that feels slightly better.

Module 4 - Mind Body Connections & the Impact of Trauma
Focus: Listening to the body as a source of wisdom.

How to apply deep values to gently move into alignment and get to know your needs

Module 6 - Living the Resonant Self
Focus: Integration and forward movement.

Reviewing tools: emotions as compass, thought reframing, body wisdom, boundaries.

Creating a personal Alignment Plan: daily practices and commitments to carry forward.

Who am I? A deeper exploration of the physical structure, the energy structure and the interface between the two.
Meditations and Explorations

Journal: What does living in alignment look like for me now? What simple daily practices can help me stay connected?

Write a closing letter to yourself: “This is who I am, this is what matters, this is how I choose to live.”
